Ashanti on the Mask of Masculinity

Ashanti from @everforwardclub does incredible mentorship work with young men in elementary and high schools and explains a powerful exercise that exposes commonalities across young men just behind their masks that hide struggles, dreams, and goals. The mask has its own utility in certain spaces but it is important for young men to have a space where they can lower the mask and find support for their true selves.
